What is Agent Publishing

When you publish an agent, other users can use that agent. You choose how widely it is shared: within the workspace, within the organization, or publicly via a link.
The “Publish” button is shown only to users who can edit the agent (its creator, or a workspace owner).

Open the Agent

Click the agent you want to publish in the agent list.

Click 'Publish'

Click the “Publish” button in the header. The “PUBLISH VISIBILITY” menu opens.

Choosing the Visibility

Select a Visibility

Click one of the options. The agent is published immediately with that scope, and the scope is shown as a badge (“Workspace shared”, “Organization shared” or “Public”) on the agent card.

Open the App

“Open App” in the same menu opens the published agent in a new tab. For a public agent this is the public link.
Publishing also records a “Published” entry in the agent’s “Versions” tab in Agent Builder.

Notes Before Publishing

Before publishing an agent, please verify the following:
Verify that the connectors being used are properly connected. If connections are broken, the agent will not function correctly.
Verify that reference files do not contain confidential information. In published agents, reference file contents influence AI responses.
Verify through test execution that the instructions reflect the intended behavior.

Published agents can be used from their app screen (“Open App”).

Using Agent Apps

Open Agent List

Select “Agents” from the side menu.

Select Published Agent

Click the published agent you want to use from the list.

Start Chatting

A chat screen with the agent’s settings applied opens. Enter a question to start chatting.

Searching Published Agents

Published agents can be searched in the agent list.

Enter Keywords in Search Box

Enter keywords contained in the agent name or instructions.

Check the Badge

Published agents show their visibility badge on the card.

Unpublishing Agents

You can revert a published agent back to unpublished status.
Once unpublished, other users will no longer be able to use that agent.

Click 'Publish'

Open the agent and click the “Publish” button in the header.

Click 'Unpublish'

Click the “Unpublish” button in the menu. The agent is unpublished immediately.
